Granddaughter 1
This piece I am very proud of it is a portrait of my first granddaughter and it is not only the first portrait piece I have created, but also my very first piece in the art of stained glass. She is constructed from copper foil method. I used a 50/50 solder and as you can tell I do not solder very well with that solder especially when I was a beginner. I have been into this business now going on 2 years and I love it. I have a studio in my garage where I have a small business in which I hope to grow. ? ? ?
Granddaughter 2
This piece is a portrait of my second granddaughter she is made using the foil method and is 20x25. I am so proud of these because this one was my second portrait in stained glass that I had done.
To the finish line
This is a nascar hanging lampshade that I made for a family member that is a crazy nascar fan. He told me what he wanted and I made it. On two sides I painted the word nascar and on the other two sides, I etched his last name by hand. It is 20x20 finished, I used copper foil method and left the color silver due to the fact that he has alot of silver in his racecar bar in his basement.
Support our Troops
This piece I created for my wonderful son-in-law who is serving our country in the good U.S. Air Force. I created it using the copper method using zinc came around the outer edge. The top part is the Air Force symbol and the bottom part, I etched by hand the places the Air Force has taken him. I placed hooks on the bottom to be able to finish it if he were to stay with the Air Force until retirement. This piece measures about 30 long total. I am really proud of my son-in- law. GO BRIAN!
