Nancie's Window
\"Nancie's Window\" is a lead and copper foil piece that was for my sister's wedding present. It graces her window facing her front door in Baton Rouge, LA. It is made with two sizes of lead, and copper foil was used around the round jewels. It is approximately 24 x 35 in. The pattern was taken from a few designs and put together. It was the first piece that I had to design and that had to be a specific size for her window. I actually installed the window frame, a clear piece of 1/4 in glass and then the stained glass window. It took me about 5 months to complete working on the weekends.
Calla Lily
The two circular pieces were garden art and were my first pieces. I actually sold the sunface to one of my principals. I learned stained glass in a leisure learning class at McNeese University from Frank Thompson. He has a web site that is pretty amazing, www.frankthompson.com
