Scepter of Knowledge This glass art is 12in. x 18 in. to fit in a glass stand. It is copper foil technique, bead soldered and black patina. The basic pattern from �Beginning Patterns II� and modified by Glass Eye software. This was a special gift for Dr. Hermann Viets, President of MSOE University, of Milwaukee, WI, to honor his retirement. The color and symbol represent his contribution to higher learning and I called it �Scepter of Knowledge�. It was presented to him in at a reception in Naples, FL. Glass Art is my hobby for 17 years. The vast majority of my work is for enjoyment, gifts, College Alumni scholarships and contributions for charity fund raisers
