Under the Sea
My name is Suzanne Wagner and I live in Powder Springs Georgia. It took me a year to design and build this panel that measures approximately 5 feet by 4 1/2 feet. I used mostly Armstrong glass. I built the panel in 3 sections using the copper foil technique. Visiting the new Georgia Aquarium in 2006 inspired me to build this for my bathroom. The colors look great any time of the day and in the evening the window looks spectacular from the road.
Modern Iris
'My name is Suzanne Wagner and I live in Powder Springs Georgia. I designed this panel of iris' and used Armstrong iridized glass for the flowers and leaves. It measures 15 x 20 and I used the copper foil technique. Brass came finishes it off beautifully with additional brass decorative edges.
Peacocks
Peacocks are one of the most beautiful birds and are abundant in the southern United States. I designed this window for my dining room. It is made up in three separate sections. The afternoon sun makes it look spectacular. Glass nuggets make up the feathers along with other marbles.
Cat Window
This panel was designed with for my clients who wanted their four cats on display in their master bathroom. It measures 48 '’ x 48 '” and was done using the copper foil technique. The panel was inserted into the window and then a molding was built around the panel. The four circles at the top are for air circulation. They are covered over with small vents purchased at a marine store.
