Pittsburgh Steelers lamp shade
This is a Pittsburgh Steelers lamp shade that was made for a friend of mine it took 2 months to complete and is the foil method it has about 10 sq's of glass and 2 rolls of solder it is also the first attempt to do something like this once again my friends at glass crafters were very helpful even when I called a few times for help thanks again for posting this.
Princess Sophie
This is a picture of a princess for a friend for her grand baby Sophie. Sophie's dress is a pink wispy picked out by my friends at GLASS CRAFTERS. I tell them what I need and they pick it out for me due to the fact that I am color blind Sophie is made with 1/4 foil and 7/16 foil her wand is foil also foil only wider I'm in Sarasota I've been doing glass for 4 years and am loving it thanks to glass crafters for helping me with this project your an awesome gang keep up the great job!!!
POPPA'S BOAT
This is POPPA'S BOAT the pattern is in a book that was bought from glass crafter's 40 projects the sail's are iridescent white and red and blue water glass but you can make it what you would like ... hobby came and foil method were used 1/4-7/16 foil and 16 and 20 ga. Pre tined wire this took about 5 days to complete made from scrap glass...
Scraps
This is a way I found to get rid of scrap glass that keeps piling up. It is on a 12x12 block found at your local home improvement store. the pattern was out of 1 of my books I bought at glass crafters along with the grout. As working with stained glass your taught to make the pieces fit here you must leave a gap. is fun and exciting.
Heart Panel
2 squares of glass 20 gage wire for heart vein 7/32 foil 20 gage wire for around heart 5 days to complete. .I love doing my own patterns.
Macaw
This is a macaw made with glass from a glass pack from red white & blue glass pack from glass crafters. I used 1/4 foil & 50/50 Canfield solder. It's 16 x 20 and for hanging used brass hangers bought from glass crafters it took me 4 days to complete and is for a Christmas prez.
Box
this is a box that I completed with the help of Donna and her box demos I went to two classes to find out how to do the box. I made three trips back and forth because of broken glass that I made mistakes on and I finally completed it it took me 6 days it has one-quarter inch foil it is standard window glass with 1/8 ball chain I am going to be making other boxes but this one was my first thank you Donna for awesome job and thank you glass crafters.
Round Turtle Panel
This is a 12 inch round panel. It is all re-hand drawn approximately 7 days to complete quarter inch foil in hobby came to finish off the circle overlays for the angel fish fin and white paint on the clown fish and black for the turtle...The white and the green or bought the rest is all scrap glass thank you glass crafters for the inspiration.
