I have attached a piece which is a glass reproduction of a painting in Poland. The method I use is screen printing. I call this a serigrafik glass method. At times I get into as many prints (10 to 18) or as many as the artwork will demand. Similiar to what is commonly known as a serigraphic print. It is also fired at 1100? temperature which is permanent. I believe at this point only three known sources can produce this type of glass. The original is hand painted or a photograph, then taken to a Macintosh computer with a good Photoshop program for separations. Silk screens are then made and printed one at a time as you would cut each piece of glass. The background on this one is an etch. The stand is sandblasted to match the etch background. Being a retired screen printer this is very enjoyable hobby.
